Lemon Cake Mix Recipe! Cake Ingredients: • 1 lemon box cake • 1-3.4 oz lemon Jello • 23 c oil • 3/4 c warm water • 4 eggs Instructions: 1. Add all cake ingredients to a bowl, mix well 2. Pour batter in pre greased cake or bundt pan 3. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes 4. Allow cake to cool for 10-15 minutes, remove from pan, cool completely then add glaze Glaze Ingredients: • 1 c powdered sugar • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp lemon zest Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, combine well 2. Bake cake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean 3. Out the oven allow cake to cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan then transfer to a wire rack. 4.
