5 benefits I’ve noticed from doing these Tai Chi-inspired movements every morning… 👇 1️⃣ Improved mood & mental wellbeing. I’m way more positive and energetic. I use these 9 minutes to shake off negativity, practise gratitude, and visualise the day going well—or picture future goals becoming reality. 2️⃣ My shoulder pain has dramatically improved. I actually started this routine because I’d wrecked my shoulders. I used to wake up stiff and sore every morning. That’s now become a rare occurrence. 3️⃣ Better mobility and range of motion. I can move my shoulders and joints in ways I couldn’t before… and yes, I can finally scratch every part of my back again! 🤣💪 Still wouldn’t trust myself to shave it though… 4️⃣ I can train harder in the gym. I avoided shoulder training for a couple of years because of pain. Now I’m training shoulders again with confidence. 5️⃣ Better recovery. I’m no longer in agony for a week after a heavy chest session. My body just feels like it bounces back much better. This simple routine has become one of the best habits I’ve ever built. ✅ Takes just 9 minutes ✅ Costs absolutely nothing ✅ Can be done almost anywhere ✅ Benefits both my mind and my body If you’re feeling low or stuck in a negative mindset, try using these 9 minutes to move your body, shake off the negativity, practise gratitude, and focus on one positive thing about your day.
