Grab all the recipes at the top of my main page 💕 Sheet pan Lasagna: 1lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 2tsp minced garlic 1tbsp Italian seasoning 1tsp each; basil, oregano, & pepper 1/2 tsp salt 24oz marinara 15oz diced tomatoes, drained 6oz tomato paste 16oz cooked lasagna noodles broken into 1 inch pieces Cheese: 1C cottage cheese 1C ricotta cheese 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry optional crushed garlic *mix together top with: 1C shredded mozzarella 1/2C shredded parm 1. brown beef, onions, garlic, & seasoning 2.
