Feeling low? Move with me for 9 minutes. ❤️ I originally started this routine by @michaelholland because I’d destroyed my shoulders after spending a year doing 100+ push-ups or burpees every single day. The shoulder pain has gone. But what surprised me most wasn’t what it did for my body… It was what it did for my mind. Every morning I spend 9 minutes moving, practising gratitude, letting go of any negativity I’m carrying, and visualising how I want my day to go. It helps me start the day with intention, presence and peace. For me, it’s become as much about my mental wellbeing as it is my physical health. I’ve had hundreds of comments and messages from people telling me they’re feeling less stiff, more mobile, more positive and that this routine has become part of their own morning routine too. Reading those messages is exactly why I keep posting. My mission is simple… I’d love to inspire 1,000,000 people to spend just 9 minutes a day moving their bodies and starting the day with intention. If you’re feeling low, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply want a better start to your morning… Join in. You’ve got nothing to lose. It costs nothing. You can do it almost anywhere. And it only takes 9 minutes. Follow along: ⏱️ Do each movement for 60 seconds. When the video loops, move on to the next exercise. ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ Dead Arms ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Marches ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Horseback Stance A quick reminder because I get asked every day… These movements aren’t how I lost over 45kg (122.9kg ➡️ 77kg). My transformation came from: ✅ A high-protein diet ✅ Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) ✅ TRT (after blood tests showed low testosterone) ✅ Weight training 3–4 times a week ✅ Walking 12,000+ steps a day ✅ And, above all, building the habit of showing up consistently. 💾 Save this video, ❤️ comment “DONE” if you joined in, tell me what day you’re on, and 📤 share this with someone who could use a little more movement and positivity in their mornings. Let’s see how many lives we can change, 9 minutes at a time. 👊
