Okay, so if you're following the Lindsay Clancy trial, this may end up being one of the most important pieces of evidence you'll see, okay? I'm gonna move out so you can screenshot it. So this isn't just a medication list, it's a timeline. And in a case where the defense is arguing that Lindsay's mental state is central to what happened, timing really matters, just as much as the medications themselves. So over four months, you can see all of the medications being started, stopped, increased, decreased, and switched. You've got antidepressants, benzodiazepines, sleep medications, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and sometimes only days apart. Now, this timeline doesn't tell us whether any medication caused her symptoms. It doesn't answer whether the treatment was appropriate or inappropriate. It certainly doesn't answer the legal question of criminal liability. What it does provide is some context. So in the next coming days, you will hear from psychiatrists, prescribing providers, and expert witnesses explaining why these medication changes matter and why they don't. So, as a legal nurse practitioner, this is exactly how I review medical cases. We build these timelines like this all the time. You don't just ask what medication someone took. You ask why, who, when, who prescribed it, what changed afterwards, what the symptoms were, and what was documented next. So that's why this timeline may become one of the most important roadmaps for understanding the medical evidence presented at the trial. Now, I made this timeline based off of this civil suit and what we have available in the news. So make sure you screenshot this if you are watching the Lindsay Clancy trial in the coming days.
