I was your favourite and here are 10 more things I would tell you if I was your RA. Be nice to the janitors and say hi to them. They love engaging and it also shows that you really do appreciate them and see them at least show your face at a social. Say hi to your R.A. Engage with them, because building that relationship is going to be awesome, and you might get some free food. Stop being friends with people who are mean. There is an entire campus of other people that you can go and be friends with. Open up a Roth IRA. And start investing as early as possible. We want our money to compound. And you can open one up as soon as you turn 18. LED strip lights. Turn it to red light before. Red light stimulates melatonin production in your body, which will actually help you fall asleep faster. And it's gonna be loud in the dorm, so anything that you can kind of Pavlov yourself to fall asleep quicker is going to be helpful. You want better food in the dining hall, go to the allergy free friendly section. But always make sure you use a clean plate and be respectful of everybody in that area. Everybody in that area was one of my favourites cause the chicken and they also know that it didn't have a lot of extra ingredients that made it like, icky. Wake up a little bit earlier than your class so that you can actually live some of your life before you go to class. Rolling right out of bed to class is not fun. And it might that'd be great. But really try to give yourself some time to before you have to turn your brain on. Utilise the campus resources while you are there because you are paying the student activity fees. So go to the gym, go and get free counselling if your school like take advantage of all these resources because they're not gonna be free after college, even though they're not technically free cause you are paying like a lot in tuition, but take advantage of them nonetheless. Befriend your professor, go to office hours, get to know them, develop a good relationship because that also is networking. And then you are going to be able to, hey, can you help connect me with somebody in your field? And then they'll write you letters of recommendation. Like, connect with them. They've got a vast network. They're a professor, they meet tons of people. So take advantage of that. That's all for today. Follow
