The order you hit your back exercises decides how much you actually get out of each set. Do them in the wrong sequence and you fatigue the small muscles first, then wonder why your back never changes. Here is the order that works, and why each spot matters. 1. Lat pulldown, 3 sets of 10. This goes first because it is the heaviest pulling movement and you want your lats fresh and your grip strong. Fatigue here and every following exercise suffers. 2. Seated cable row, 3 sets of 12. Rows second because they train the mid-back and posture muscles that keep your shoulders pulled back. This is the movement most women skip, and it is the one that gives you that toned upper-back look. 3. Dumbbell row, 3 sets of 12 each arm, one side at a time. Last for a reason. Single-arm work lets you push each side individually once the big lifts are done, and it evens out strength differences you cannot fix with a barbell. Same three movements, wrong order, half the result. This is the kind of sequencing a real workout plan handles for you instead of guessing every session. Unchecked builds your back day order and progressive overload around your split. Get the app — link in bio. #gymapp #fitnessapp #workoutapp #backworkout #workoutplan #gymgirl #liftingtips #gymroutine
