Save this for sculpted glutes ✨ After 20 years of teaching Pilates and training celebrity clients, this is still one of my go-to standing glute series for building strength, shape and lift without overworking the legs. The booty band keeps constant tension through the standing leg, so the glute has to stay engaged to keep the pelvis stable and the knee aligned. Although one leg is moving, you’ll feel just as much work through the leg that’s supporting you. Try this: ✨ Leg Press ×15 ✨ Leg Sweep ×15 ✨ Lateral Lift ×15 🔥 Complete 3 rounds on each leg I’m using a 90cm foam roller for balance, but you can just as easily use a wall, sturdy chair or railing. The medium resistance booty band adds tension, while the 1kg (2.2lb) ankle weights are optional if you’d like an extra challenge. Drive your weight through the heel of the standing foot, keep a neutral pelvis and move slowly to keep the tension exactly where you want it, in the glutes. As you get stronger, increase the reps, slow the tempo or progress to a stronger booty band or heavier ankle weights. Save this workout for later and follow for Pilates that actually works. 🤍 #Pilates #GluteWorkout #BootyBand #PilatesAtHome #GluteTraining
