Taco spaghetti - 2 tbsp butter - 1/2 of a diced Vidalia onion - 1 pound ground beef - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 pack of taco seasoning - 1 can undrained Rotel - 1 tsp of your favorite all purpose seasoning - black pepper to taste - 4 cups of beef broth (start with this and add more if needed) - 12 oz (3/4 of a 16 oz box) thin spaghetti 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese Melt your butter in a hot skillet and then add your onion and sauté for a few minutes until slightly translucent. Add in your beef and cook that until it is done. Drain off any excess grease. I just use a paper towel to absorb it. Then you will add in your minced garlic and let that cook a minute. Add in your taco seasoning, rotel, all purpose seasoning and black pepper and combine all that together good. Pour in your broth and mix. Then you will add your noodles in and make sure they are all covered by the liquid and let simmer until they are done. Usually around 12 minutes. Make sure you stir it a few times to prevent sticking and you can add some broth if needed. Once your noodles are done top with your cheese and let it melt and it’s ready! #EasyRecipe #easydinner #schoolnightdinner #onepanmeal #quickrecipe
