Welcome back to school night dinners. We're making the easy and delicious meals to make those nights just a little bit easier. And on the menu today is a one pot million dollar spaghetti. You just want to start out by sautéing some onion and some butter and don't worry, I'll have everything listed below. Add in a pound of ground beef and cook that till it's done. I used a paper towel to absorb a little bit of the grease and then I added in a 24 oz jar of our favorite spaghetti sauce. This needs 3 and a half cups of broth, so I put some of the broth in that pasta sauce jar to shake it to get the rest out and then just add in the rest of the broth. One teaspoon of each Italian seasoning, and I know that's a parsley bottle, I accidentally grabbed the wrong one. One teaspoon of some garlic powder, a teaspoon of some onion powder and some salt and pepper to taste. Mix that together good. And then you're gonna add in 12 oz of thin spaghetti noodles. I break mine in half. Make sure they're covered by the water and let that simmer for about 15 minutes. When there's a few minutes left on the noodles, add in one block of cream cheese, cut into cubes, so it can go ahead and start melting. When your noodles are done, stir in 1/4 cup of sour cream and then use a cup of ricotta cheese and dollop it all over the top. Now I added a little fresh parmesan and then sprinkled on some parsley.
