Tonight for supper I made Philly cheesesteak loaded fries. They were quick and easy and my husband said to make sure they stay on their rotation. Start out by melting a couple tablespoons of butter into a hot skillet. Then you're gonna add one sliced green bell pepper and one sliced Vidalia onion. And I let them cook for about 5 minutes to get them soft before I add the meat in, but if you want yours to still be crunchy, you can skip this part. And I love this Great Value Philly steak meat. It's pretty cheap and it's good for making quick meals. And then just add all four pieces that come in the box in there. For seasonings, I use some of this Onion Butter by Fire and Smoke Society. And I also use some of their Steak King seasoning. I really like this one. Some garlic powder, black pepper and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. And just toss all that around and cook until your steak is done. While that's cooking, go ahead and air fry some french fries. These are the kind that we like. Once your steak is done, you can use a paper towel like I did and just absorb any extra grease. I like to add some fresh mozzarella on top and then just cover it to let the melt over the meat and vegetables. To top it, I just use the homemade queso that I made in the video before this, but store-bought is fine too.
