School night dinners. Welcome back to the school night dinners. Well, we're making simple and easy dinners to make those busy nights a little bit easier. And tonight, we're having a Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole. This one is so easy and delicious. It's basically a dump and bake dinner. Just start by spraying down a 13 by nine. Add four cups of some diced up chicken. And yes, our rotisserie is perfect for this. A 15 ounce jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce. But we like the Rao's. I like to fill the jar third of the way with milk and shake it to get the rest of the sauce. But if you don't want yours really saucy, you don't have to do this part. Half a cup of some sour cream, one tablespoon of minced garlic, one teaspoon each, all purpose seasoning, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Kinder's buttery garlic and herb, and black pepper to taste. Cheese. One cup shredded mozzarella and a half cup shredded Parmesan. Then just put down a layer of tater tots. We like using the crispy rounds on ours, but you can use whichever ones that you want to. Then bake it 375 for 45 minutes until those tots are nice and golden brown.
