A Duke study found that women with curly hair scored low on professionalism and are less likely to be recommended for hire. Visceral reaction to that one because I have natural Egyptian curly hair. I know. Women statistically get ready 50% more than men and we still don't get paid fairly. Like how are we still here? Women who routinely invest in their appearance spend $225K over their lifetime, which you guessed it, is $50K more than men do. 8% of women have been told by their boss and 28% have been told to change their appearance for good business. Fire. By the way, you're looking pretty hot and competent. Listen, women want to do their hair and makeup, but they sure as hell shouldn't feel like they have to.
