is there another way to do this??? Convinced with a smaller or more stable weight this would be THE exercise for hip strengthening. #GymTok #hipmobiility #lowerbackpain #stretchingroutine #jointpain I am on a mission to get the strongest hips possible to stop getting hip pain, lower back pain and actually be able to push myself in the gym pain free. And so I've gone through and found as many hip mobility strengthening exercises as possible and tried them out rating them 1-10. I'm rating them on how easy they are to set up, how much I actually feel them in the muscle and in the glute and how safe I feel doing the exercise. I will then be showing my favorites and making a routine out of them so that we can have bulletproof hips together and be pain free. The only thing I need is a kettlebell. It has to be a kettlebell. I'm quite optimistic about this one. Basically, we're gonna march. I'm going to use this for stability. So, bring up and down. Ah. I feel it quite a lot in the back hamstring because of the weight. I think it's the move. I think it's the weight. Not feeling very optimistic about this version. Like that. Okay. That's so much better. Yeah. The weight later. It's really good and you feel it in the right place. My gym not having a kettlebell that's less than 8 kilos. Stability: 5/10 because you could just hold on with the wall. Set up: 9/10. And in terms of feeling it, it's gonna be a solid 8. This movement gets a 7/10. It is good. I'm gonna give it a 7. I think it's good. Muscle engagement: 8/10. Overall: 7/10. This movement gets a 7/10. It is good.
