Nah, there's no way. Maybe this box is too high. I'm on a mission to get the strongest hips possible stop getting hip pain, lower back pain and I'll be able to push myself in the gym pain free. And so I've gone through and found as many hip mobility strengthening exercises as possible. And tried them out, rating them 1-10. I'm rating them on how easy they are to set up, how much I actually feel them in the hip and how safe I feel doing the exercise. I will then be showing my favorites and making a routine out of them. So that we can have bulletproof hips together. Today's exercise we need a box. This is too high. This would be an okay height I think. Of course, we need a weight. We're gonna start light because I don't know how this is gonna feel. All I've learned so far is how humbling every exercise is. And then I need to get it to the floor. Oh, fucking hell. Even if I just hold this, I feel like this is quite a good stretch. I quite like that as a stretch. In terms of stability, I feel very stable when I'm sitting on a box, nothing can go that wrong. Set up. It's a little bit of a pain getting the right box, but I think the right box is not that bad. Feeling it in the right place. I don't feel it anywhere else. Stability: 7/10 We're gonna give it like a 7 as well. It's not that difficult. Muscle engagement: 9/10 So overall, this is gonna get an 8 out of 10.
