minimal cooking meal prep this week! Because it’s way too hot outside to keep my oven on all day. very pumped about this week and overall this was relatively easy in comparison to some of my other preps here’s what I’m eating this week: ☕️ coldbrew latte with toasted croissant stuffed with ice cream bar COLDFOAM (The name isn’t simple but man am I excited about this) 🍳 breakfast: loaded cereal with strawberry protein milk 🍔 lunch: salmon burgers with Caesar coleslaw 🍫 silly little treat of the week: matcha apricot ice cream bars ( these were supposed to me sandwiches but then I made them too tall so just turn them into bars) 🍹 drink in the beginning is sour apple poppi with passion fruit coldfoam . . . #creatorsearchinsights #weeklymealprepideas
