Thai green curry sourdough 💚 bloomed green curry paste in oil and coconut cream to release the aroma. the fumes went straight to my nose and had me coughing in the kitchen, but in the best way possible. iykyk 🙃 ​laminated the paste right into the dough alongside fresh kaffir lime leaves, basil, and red chilies, plus swapped part of the water for coconut cream to bake that rich flavor into every bite. ​too spicy or not?
