Truffle Parmesan Shredded Beef . An easy dinner recipe that’s rich, tender, and full of flavor. Serve it over mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, creamy polenta, or on toasted ciabatta sandwiches. Ingredients * 3–4 lb chuck roast * 1½ tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp Italian seasoning * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 small onion, sliced * 1½ cups beef broth * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp Dijon mustard * 2 tbsp butter * ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan * 1–2 tsp truffle oil, or to taste * ¼ cup heavy cream, optional * Fresh parsley, for serving * Extra Parmesan, for serving Instructions 1. Season the beef: Pat the chuck roast dry and season all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. 2. Sear for extra flavor (optional): Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast for 3–4 minutes per side. 3. Slow cook: Add the onion and garlic to the slow cooker, then place the beef on top. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon. 4. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the beef easily falls apart with a fork. 5. Shred: Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and discard any large pieces of fat. Return the beef to the slow cooker. 6. Make it Parmesan-truffle: Stir in the butter and Parmesan until melted into the juices. For a creamier sauce, add the heavy cream. Turn off the slow cooker, then add 1 teaspoon truffle oil. Taste before adding more, truffle oil can get strong quickly. 7. Let everything sit for about 5–10 minutes, then finish with extra Parmesan and parsley. My favorite way to serve it: over creamy mashed potatoes with plenty of the Parmesan-truffle beef juices spooned over the top. 🤌 . #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #easydinnerideas #dinnerrecipes #easydinnerideas Dinner ideas, easy quick dinner recipes, healthy dinner ideas, family dinner ideas, weeknight dinners, 30-minute meals, one-pan dinners, sheet pan dinners, high-protein dinners
