One easy recipe you’ll want to make again! 🔥 Ingredients * 1 lb steak, such as sirloin or ribeye * 10 oz penne or other pasta * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp butter * Salt and black pepper, to taste * 1 tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp garlic powder * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo, finely chopped * 1 tbsp adobo sauce * 1 cup heavy cream * ½ cup chicken or beef broth * ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan * ½ tsp onion powder * 1 tbsp fresh lime juice * ¼ cup chopped cilantro * Optional: sliced jalapeño or extra Parmesan for serving Instructions 1. Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup pasta water, then drain. 2. Season the steak: Pat the steak dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. 3. Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Remove and set aside. 4. Start the chipotle sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the same skillet and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in the chopped chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. 5. Make it creamy: Add heavy cream and broth. Stir in onion powder and Parmesan. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. 6. Combine: Add the cooked pasta and toss until completely coated. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if you want the sauce a little silkier. 7. Finish: Return the steak and its juices to the skillet. Toss briefly, then finish with lime juice and cilantro. Taste and adjust salt if necessary. 🧂 #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #easydinnerideas #dinnerinspo #pasta , family dinner ideas, weeknight dinner ideas,
