Ily all sm!! 🧘🏼‍♀️💫🫶🏼 Proud of you @katie raye 🌟 #getfitwithmarla #pilates Take it in. Yep. The girl on social media that does not have 0% body fat. I don't even know if that's possible. My name is Marla and I do not have weight. I think social media would call it a perfect body, but I think it's mine and I'm so grateful for it. My sister-in-law Katie was teaching her first reformer Pilates class, so of course I had to come support. She absolutely crushed it. It was so difficult. My definition of a dream body is one that I feel good in, I feel strong in, and isn't a nightmare to keep up. A dream for me is if my page inspires other women to build healthy relationships with themselves and with food and working out, that would make me so happy. This fun workout class. I'm so grateful to see my friends and family and Katie, if you're watching this, you should open up a Pilates studio. Bye.
