Apple found a way to gaslight people into thinking that they're way better typers than they actually are. And the idea behind this is kinda genius. So if you've ever tried to type a word on your keyboard, you've probably noticed times where you clicked a letter, but it never actually clicks that. For example, you'll clearly click the letter N, but the letter M gets clicked instead. If you thought you're not crazy with Apple's keyboard, you're actually right. They've been gaslighting you and 99% of the time, it's actually better for you now. This feature is called Keyboard Dynamic Tap Zones. And there's actually no way to disable that it works. Is actually pretty simple. While it may look like every single letter on Apple's keyboard has the exact same hitbox or the same size, based on what you're typing and what they predict you're gonna click next on, they actually change the sizes of the hitboxes to make you more likely to click the thing that you're trying to hit. So if you're typing hello and you already typed H, E, L, L, they know that the next letter that you're probably trying to type is O. So they make the hitbox of the letter O way bigger than any of the surrounding keys.
