So you know those people who rizz up girls in public but really they're just using the meta glasses to get content out of it? Well, Instagram is now banning pickup artists and pranksters who use Meta glasses. It looks like this and you might think, well, people are going to know they're being recorded if this white light is always on, right? Well, not exactly. What people started doing is just taping up this white light to block the light from happening so you could still record people without their knowledge. And that's when Meta meets it so that if you try to record while blocking this light, it'll say something like this: *the capture LED is blocked*. So then exploiters made one attachment like this, which is big enough to block the light from being visible, but also lets light through so that Meta doesn't know that you are actually blocking the LED. This attachment is what lets you record people without their knowledge, as you can see the white light is on, but no one can really tell from the front. So instead, they just decided to ban pickup artists who use glasses like this, but my guess is this is going to cause the sales of the meta glasses to drop.
