I hosted an American barbecue dinner party. And this is that everything we served off five mac and cheese topped with my famous parmesan crumb treat, of course. But this wasn't just an excuse hosting version of a Macmillan Coffee Morning. You see a coffee morning doesn't have to mean just cake and coffee in the morning anymore. It can be whatever you and your friends genuinely enjoy doing together. And for me, that's getting everyone round the table and cooking ridiculous amount of food together. A proper catch-up and raise money to help Macmillan support people living with cancer and their loved ones. Despite owning I finished off this meal with five-hour barbecue burnt ends, of course, some sticky ribs because it wouldn't be a barbecue without them.
