opened a Spanish tapas bar on my balcony. I opened a Spanish tapas bar on my balcony and this is everything that I serve. I started the day off by prepping a 4 and a half kilo leg of Serrano ham, and yes, I did get this specially imported video just for the video. Now I think this may be the greatest use of free will I have ever exercised in my life. If anyone knows what to do with 4 kilos of leftover Serrano ham, send me a DM. Now I've said it before and I'll say it again, the mopping bread despite it being Italian and I don't care what anyone says, it was amazing. Next up, chorizo and Manchego or as I like to call them, little Spanish balls of heaven. It was probably of garlic well, and me as well. Oh my god, they were incredible. Of course, had to top them with some more Manchego too. Cross section. Oh my god, look at this cross section. 10 out of 10. Dish number four, and of course, it had to be a Spanish omelette. I wanted to put red pepper in it. I don't care. I wanted to put it in. It's delicious. I wouldn't have made it bigger next time. It was just a bit thin, like pancake-esque, but I think for a first attempt, it wasn't bad at all. Next was like, first. Wasn't mean, delicious. It would be a tapas restaurant patatas. I've asked quite a bit and yes, I make everything from scratch in these dinner party videos. So you can enjoy that. Now it's time for possibly my favourite ways to eat tomato, simply sherry, olive oil, sherry vinegar and capers, top with a bit more Manchego. I was on a bit of Manchego grind today, but it's just amazing. Sardines were next, thrown into the pizza oven till charred and crispy, and then topped with some lemon and chives. A little bit of salt. 10 out of 10. A whole chicken was marinated the day before in various spices, and then again, basted with butter, just the nice crust. And it built a nice little crust. It was then topped with more of that brava sauce, thrown back into the pizza oven because why the hell not? I serve with Padron peppers. The leftover it was fucking phenomenal. Last but not least, chorizo sausages cooked with onion and beer, and then finish with parsley and lemon. Simply incredible. Hope soon.
