Easy recipes that make dinner simple and delicious! This Dr Pepper pulled pork is tender, flavorful, and perfect for an easy family dinner. 🍖✨ Ingredients * 3–4 lb pork shoulder or pork butt * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 2 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * ½ tsp chili powder * 1 medium onion, sliced * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1 can (12 oz) Dr Pepper * 1 cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar * 1 tbsp brown sugar, optional for extra sweetness Slow Cooker Instructions 1. Season the pork: Mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Rub all over the pork. 2. Optional but worth it: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the pork for 2–3 minutes per side. 3. Add the sliced onion and garlic to the bottom of your slow cooker. Place the pork on top. 4. Pour the Dr Pepper around the pork, then add Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar. 5. Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the pork easily pulls apart with a fork. 6. Remove the pork and shred it. Discard excess fat. 7. Remove most of the cooking liquid, leaving about ½ cup in the slow cooker. Return the shredded pork and stir in 1 cup BBQ sauce. 8. Cover and cook another 15–20 minutes so the pork soaks up all that smoky-sweet sauce. Make it a complete dinner Serve it on toasted brioche buns with coleslaw and pickles. Add baked beans, corn on the cob, potato wedges, or mac & cheese on the side. . #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #easydinnerideas #dinnerrecipes #dinnerinspo easy quick dinner recipes, healthy dinner ideas, family dinner ideas, weeknight dinners, 30-minute meals, one-pan dinners, sheet pan dinners, high-protein dinners,
