✨ LADIES… especially my mums! 🫶🏼 If you’re working on your pelvic floor, deep core + lower belly, add this little move into your routine. 👇🏼 Think slow + controlled rather than rushing through it. Exhale as you gently engage your deep core and pelvic floor, keeping your ribs relaxed and avoiding holding your breath. 🤍 🔥 You’ll also feel those lower abs and back working! Try 20 reps daily or add it into your workouts 3–4x a week. 📌 Remember: if you have pelvic organ prolapse, exercises should feel supportive—not heavy or pressurised. If you feel increased heaviness, bulging or discomfort, stop and speak with a pelvic health professional.
