Why it worked

The video leverages a powerful before-and-after transformation narrative, common in fitness and health content, to engage viewers emotionally and visually. The creator's vulnerability in sharing their lipedema journey and directing to the caption for more information creates curiosity and encourages deeper engagement.

Summary

The creator shows a side-by-side comparison of their body 6 months ago and today, highlighting changes in their legs and overall physique. They mention lipedema and encourage viewers to check the caption for details on their journey.

Here’s what worked for me: 👉🏻 Heavy strength training (5x a week, 2 of them leg days) 👉🏻 Swapped HIIT cardio for low impact cardio (incline walking, stairmaster, dancing) 👉🏻 Calorie deficit for overall fat loss with focus on anti-inflammatory, mostly whole foods cooked at home 👉🏻 🌶️s have been a huge help in this journey bc I can’t override my hormones, metabolism, and insulin resistance with just diet and exercise 👉🏻 added daily lymphatic drainage habits like vibration plate and dry brushing 👉🏻 compression garments/compression sleeves And a WHOLE. LOT. OF. CONSISTENCY with all of it!!! #lipedema #lipedemalegs #lipedemalife #lipedemafighter #lipedemawarrior
