Live off of processed protein products. I still eat a protein bar or protein shake every now and then, but that is not my main source of protein. Those products often lead to bloating and digestion problems (at least for me they do). I get most of my protein from real food - eggs, fish, meat, etc. 3. Skipping breakfast. 3 solid meals a day helps keep my energy balanced, and I find myself no longer overeating at any point during the day. 4. Drinking my calories. Lattes and alcohol are the two main ones for me - I found myself drinking empty calories quite often and it adds up. I have a latte or alcoholic beverage every once in awhile, but I’m more cautious about my intake. 5. Switching my workouts every other week. Random workouts get you random results.
