Take the number of years for your degree divided by two. That's the number of internships you should have. Take the number of weeks in a semester, multiply that by two. That's the number of coffee chats per semester. Take the number of recruiting events your school has to offer, divide that by two. That's the number of events you should be going to. Take your GPA, subtract it by 3.0. If it's negative, fix it. Take the number of interviews you want, multiply that by 15. That's the number of internship applications you need.
