It's the end of the month. And while I always stick to my strict monthly budget, I like to plan ahead for special occasions without draining my current bank balance. For me, budgeting isn't about missing out. It's about choosing the right tools to manage my monthly outgoings. I once took a friend out for dinner for his birthday.
