3 things I wish I knew at 20 rather than 31... from someone who's now got six figures invested but who used to be pretty dumb with money. And number three I already know you're doing. Put 100 pounds into stocks and shares ISA and keep doing that every month. I know it seems small and insignificant now, but it can grow to big things. It can make you millions if you start young. If you've seen any of my videos on compound growth, you will know that starting small and starting young is so important. Number two is learn how credit cards work. I was blissfully unaware of this, but if you borrow 1000 pounds and you pay back 999 pounds of it but you don't pay back the 1 pound, the credit card will charge you interest on the 1000, not the 1 pound. And that is why it is so important to pay your credit cards off in full every month. I learned this from Martin Lewis and I was shocked. And number three, I wish I knew that it was my responsibility to learn about personal finance. Now I know you already know that because you are watching content like this, and that will serve you really well in the long run. And I wish I started sooner.
