But I will tell you what. Make something different. Leave that Alfredo sauce alone. Cinnamon Apple Chai Scones. Of course it's good. People always saying stuff to me like, it's so pretty. What does it taste good? What? Do you? You're not gonna question it if it's ugly. You put your mouth on ugly stuff? Stop, stop, stop. Do you? What do you mean by that? We are making a miss. We are making cinnamon apple chai scones. Usually asks bakers, we're all like, room temperature, room temp, nope. This time we want it cold. Cold butter. Cold scones are different. And there's a reason for that. The cold fat creates steam pockets as it melts in the oven, causing the scones to develop their signature texture. And look how beautiful these are. I fly. So you can crawl. Yes, I said it exactly how I meant it. These are fall flavors. It's not even September. It don't matter. It don't matter. We have to be ahead of you. This is business. I'm at work, baby. And look how beautiful these are. I fly. So you can crawl. Recipe in Caption. Recipe in the caption. Taste test time. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm.

🍎 Apple Chai Scones with Cinnamon Chips 🍂☕️ Apple bottom scones and the chai with the furrrr. 😂 These homemade apple chai scones are flaky, buttery, packed with fresh apples and cinnamon chips, then finished with a thick maple chai glaze. Basically everything I want in a cozy fall baking recipe. Ingredients Apple Chai Scones • 12 Tbsp (170 g) cold unsalted butter, cubed • ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream • 2 large eggs (1 whole + 1 yolk for dough, 1 white for brushing) • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar • 1 Tbsp baking powder • 1 Tbsp chai spice blend • ½ tsp kosher salt • ¾ cup (78 g) diced apple • ¾ cup (113 g) cinnamon chips Maple Chai Glaze • 1 heaping cup (125 g) powdered sugar • 2 tsp chai spice • 1 tsp vanilla • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) heavy cream • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup • Pinch of salt Directions Keep the butter cold. Whisk heavy cream with 1 whole egg + 1 yolk and chill. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly with pea-sized pieces remaining. Add the cream mixture just until a dough forms, then fold in apples and cinnamon chips. Shape into a disc and chill for 30 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges or make mini scones. Brush with reserved egg white and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Once the scones are cool, glaze generously—or double dip for that THICK layer. 🤌🏾 Save this apple chai scone recipe for fall baking season and enjoy one with a hot coffee or chai latte. ☕️🍎 #AppleChaiScones #SconeRecipe #FallBaking #AppleRecipes #ChaiSpice
