Today we lost @Dolly Parton and I wanted to remind you of how she gave back to Native American and indigenous communities. Dolly was known for huge heart, her talent, and her Imagination Library was expanded to 92 indigenous and native communities. She worked with the Cherokee nation and the bureau of Indian affairs. She also honored the history of the smokies and the native nations from this region bringing attention to what many didn’t know at the time. If you didn’t know this about Dolly Parton now you do! #indigenouspeople #nativeamerican #nativetiktok #learnontiktok
