These are some of the habits that I did that took me from this to that. Summer body season is here and I know that you do not put in the work. So I'm gonna hold your hand and I'm gonna give you five habits that you can start doing so that you can start losing weight. Number one on the list, I'm gonna need you to start walking. You and I both know that you're not consistent enough to join the gym. You're gonna join the gym, payment month, not go. You rather stop walking, develop the habit of walking 10k steps every single day. Start moving your body consistently. Maybe you can offer gym later, but 10k steps, at least five times a week. The second habit that you're gonna work on, fix your plate. Fiber, protein, vegetables, vegetables, vegetables. Please eat your vegetables. The third habit, drink water. Drink water ladies, keep a water bottle with you all the time so that it's sort of encourages you to drink your water, but make sure at least two to three liters of water every single day. Habit number four, calorie deficit. The goal is fat loss. Your overall calorie intake matters. You don't like tracking your calories, at least portion control. Make sure that your carbohydrates, yes, they are there, but they do not overpower your protein and your fiber. I need your fiber to be the biggest portion that stands out on your plate, okay? And tip number five, that a lot of people are failing to do, don't stop. Just don't stop. This is the biggest one. You don't start in September, get results and then go back to your old habits. You already know what's going to happen. This has to become a lifestyle. The reason why I find it easy to stay consistent is because fitness isn't something I do when I'm motivated. It's part of my lifestyle, it's part of my values, it's what I do on a day-to-day basis. It's part of my values, it's what I do on a day-to-day basis. Same way you value going to church every Sunday. This is how you should be treating your fitness lifestyle. Every single day, part of your values, part of your day-to-day routines. That's how you start seeing results effortlessly. But once you start putting a time frame and you stop calling it dieting, it's over. But anyways, I'm gonna put my trust in you. I know you're gonna get those results and I hope you get started, okay?
