No dinner complaints, just an easy recipe quick enough for a weeknight that doesn’t break the bank! ⭐️I’ve got an entire collection of dinners called “Broke as a Joke” that I bust out anytime money gets tight. Chili Mac: 1-2 lb ground beef 15oz can chili beans (undrained) 15oz can petite diced tomatoes 8oz can tomato sauce 1 Chili seasoning packet 1 tsp salt 1 onion diced 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1C milk 1/2C water or chicken bone broth 1 1/2C dry elbow noodles 2C Colby jack cheese 1.Brown meat, onions, garlic 2. add in remaining ingredients (besides cheese) 3.Bring to boil, cover with lid, turn to low & cook for 10 minutes 4.mix in cheese, cover with lid, sit with heat off 10 minutes #onepotmeals #weeknightdinner #simplerecipe #EasyRecipe #quickrecipes
