Knockoff Cheesy Gordita Crunches are one of my family’s favorite dinners! ⭐️ This recipe is from my "Lazy Budget" Meal collection! Cheesy Gordita Crunch 1lb ground beef 1/2 red onion 1/2 yellow bell pepper 2 tsp garlic 1 pack taco seasoning Shells: 12 fajita tortillas 12 crunchy shells 1C shredded cheese Toppings: shredded romaine tomatoes shredded cheese Sauce: 1/4C mayo 1/4C sour cream 1/2C buttermilk 1tsp chili powder 1tbsp hot sauce pinch of cayenne 2 tbsp jalapeño juice optional diced jalapenos 1 ranch packet 1.Brown beef w/ veggies; add seasoning + 1/4 cup water 2.Bake tortillas open face w/ cheese at 350°F for 5 min 3.press 1 crunchy shell on top of each tortilla to make gordita shells. 4.Mix sauce. 5.Fill shells w/ beef, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, & cheese. #easydinner #simplerecipe #familydinner #quickdinner #recipesoftiktok
