Beef Birria Quesadillas: 1 yellow onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp avocado oil 1 1/2lb ground beef (80/20) 1 packet spanglish asadero birria seasoning 2 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 cup beef broth 2 cups shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded jack cheese 1.saute onions and garlic in 1 tsp oil 2.brown beef 3.add seasonings, tomato paste, & beef broth- simmer 5 min 4.remove beef and set aside in a bowl- leaving some juices in the pan 5.press each tortilla into the juices then put on a griddle and fill with cheese and beef - grill till crispy. repeat 6 times or use a large griddle to cook them all at once! #simplerecipe #simplerecipes #easydinnerideas #easymeals #weeknightdinner
