Potsticker & Rice Bake

Potsticker & Rice Bake is one of my favorite lazy casseroles to make! If you’re trying to cut down your grocery budget, but it’s not working- grab all our lazy budget dinners at the top of my main page! Potsticker Casserole: *sauce 1 cup dried white rice 2 cups diced cabbage 18-20 frozen potstickers diced green onion for garnish *optional chili oil or spicy mayo for drizzle Sauce: 2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 2 tsp brown sugar 2tsp minced ginger 2 tsp minced garlic 1.mix broth and sauce 2.pour in rice and cabbage, mix evenly 3.tuck potstickers into mixture 4.wrap dish tightly in foil and bake at 375 for 60-70 min or until rice is tender 5.top with diced green onion, chili oil, or spicy mayo & serve with sautéed vegetables #casserole #simplerecipe #dumplings #weeknightdinner #mealideas
