These are my salted espresso chocolate cookie bars. They are rich and chewy and packed with melty dark chocolate and every bite, delicious espresso that deepens that chocolate flavor, it makes them taste like a hint like coffee and of course a healthy dose of flaky sea salt on top. Make these combine your butter and sugar. Once mixed together, add in your eggs, vanilla extract and instant espresso and all your dry ingredients and mix until combined before adding in your chocolate. Transfer your batter to an 8x8 baking dish, place in the oven to bake and once they've completely cooked, slice and enjoy.
