If your job is hurting you mentally, and you are not your true authentic self, and you have compromised everything that is you, you are playing a character, you're being fake. You laugh at things that aren't funny. And you know deep down that it is mentally damaging you. And you are miserable going to your job. Things need to change. You need to put yourself first. I have so many people reach out to me saying, Aaron, I am miserable. I am miserable in my job. How do I deal with it? You don't deal with it. You make the necessary changes. You have to go get another job. You leave. You quit. Whatever it is, you ask your partner to financially support you until you're able to get another job. You ask your parents to support you. I don't know. You have to find your own solution. But I promise you this, if your job, the toxic environment, the bully manager, the coworker that harasses you, or you know, whatever it is, there's a million problems in the 9 to 5. You have to put yourself first. You cannot let this break you. You cannot let it be all-encompassing where you have no identity anymore. You have no confidence. Your self-esteem is shot to bits. I hear of it and I see it too many times. In my last job, I experienced this. 9 to 5s break people. People do not quit jobs. The jobs are the problem. As I said, I last my last job, I enjoyed it. Like it was good fun. But the people, no, no, no. The environment, toxic, bad. Not good for you. This message is to remind you to say to yourself, enough is enough. Find the solution. When life is treating you bad, it's not personal. I promise you. It's not knocking and it's saying, do something about it. And if your workplace is just ruining your entire life. It's Sunday. It's currently 3:00 PM in the afternoon in the UK. I'm about to go to the gym. Some of you are dreading your job tomorrow. You have a gut-wrenching feeling. Come on. Be the change. You have a gut-wrenching feeling.
