Freezer friendly recipes

We're back and I spent £32.99 in M&S and made 14 meal preps. Combining good quality with low cost and this is everything that I made. Without sounding miserable, I'm kind of glad that summer is ending because I get to stock my freezer up for the cosy months. This is what I made. ✨4 Chicken and stuffing mash pies I used half a kilo of chicken breast, made a gravy and then added a layer of sage and onion stuffing. Topped with mash, baked in the oven and then separated into four equal portions. ✨6 Creamy tomato and chorizo soups For recipe number three, I used the remaining chorizo to make a gorgeous soup. Very simple, just add tomatoes, carrots, red pepper, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs to an oven dish and then roast this around half an hour. Then cook a couple of cans of tomatoes in the leftover chorizo oil. Add the roasted veg and blend until smooth. Season to taste and then a big dollop of cream fresh to make it nice and creamy.
