ad 5 high protein noodle pot meal prep 🍜 For this week’s meal prep, I’m making five easy, high protein lunches using @itsu noodle pots, with a different protein topping for each once 😍 What I love about itsu noodle pots is that they’re a great alternative to your typical instant noodles. There are lots of different flavours to choose from, and the noodles are steamed rather than fried, contain no additives or MSG, while the broths are made with authentic miso paste from Japan rather than powdered seasoning. I also really love the quality and flavour, which makes them feel like a step up from your usual instant noodles. They’re already portioned in their own pot and so quick and easy to prepare, making them really handy for meal prep, busy days or lunch on the go. I kept the veggies and toppings the same for each pot and just switched up the protein, so I can have something different throughout the week. And adding my own protein and veggies also makes them a really balanced, satisfying and high protein meal! Here’s how I made the protein toppings: •Shredded chicken: Boil chicken breast in chicken stock with soy sauce and garlic for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, shred. •Boiled egg: Add an egg to boiling water for 6 minutes, remove, then place in an ice bath for 5–10 minutes before peeling. •Crispy satay tofu: Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Coat the tofu, spray with oil and air fry at 180°C for around 15 minutes until crispy. •Veggie gyozas: Spray a pan with oil, add the itsu gyozas and fry for around 10 minutes, turning until golden and crispy. •Chilli prawns: Fry cooked prawns in a pan for around 5 minutes, then coat with itsu chilli oil. Prepare your itsu noodle pots according to the instructions, then add your protein, veggies and toppings. Save this for your next meal prep and let me know which one you’d pick first? 👀🍜 #itsu #itsunoodles #mealprep #highproteinmeals #healthyfood
