Text him back fast ONLY IF you do this He STILL has control over you! Your life is your first priority ALWAYS

Transcript

Why does every dating coach tell you to not text him back immediately? Make him wait an hour. Don't look too available. Well, here's another option that works even better. If you don't know, Gwen, I teach women how to date without getting attached, so they can decrease the anxiety in their dating lives. So when you're sitting there watching, waiting, waiting for the right moment to text back, don't desperate, you are allowing him to still have control over your emotions and actions because you're trying to get him to like you more. Detaching by doing this, you are in fact becoming more attached, becoming more attached. Literally, text him back whenever you see it, except for when you're busy doing something. That way you're signaling to your brain that what's happening in your own life is your first priority over anyone else, which in turn will decrease your level of attachment. So if you wanna learn how to decrease your anxiety in your dating life tremendously, you should be following me and watching my content, girl.
