If you're looking for an easy and delicious weeknight dinner for fall, you have to try my chicken and stuffing casserole. It comes together in just one pot, which means minimal cleanup. And it's perfect for fall. Start off with some melted butter in a pan, add in onion and celery and let that cook until it's soft. Then add in some flour and let that cook down for about two minutes. Then add in your chicken broth and stir that together and let it cook until it's smooth. Then add in your seasonings. I just seasoned it and I have all the seasonings that I used listed down below. Then add in one rotisserie chicken, chopped and a spoonful of chicken Better Than Bouillon. Then add in a little bit of heavy cream and some sour cream. Then add in a can of drained green beans. And for the stuffing, I just used Stove Top with some melted butter and warm water. Mix that together and let it sit for about two minutes. And then spread that evenly over the top. Pop it in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes.
