She came from the 100 block of Ann Arbor Ave, Dallas 75216. But what happened to Charlie’s face is absolutely heartbreaking. 🚨 Charlie appears to have severe injuries to her mouth. She has large openings around her mouth and is reportedly having difficulty breathing properly. There are also marks on her face that appear consistent with something having been tightly bound around her muzzle. How does a dog end up with her mouth in this condition? Why was her muzzle apparently bound? Why is this poor girl suffering from injuries so severe that she is struggling to breathe normally? WE NEED A RESCUE TO STEP UP FOR CHARLIE. ASAP. This isn’t a dog who can simply be overlooked in a shelter. She needs a medical rescue partner who can get her out, have her properly evaluated, treat her injuries, manage her pain, and determine what happened to her.
