beef and Guinness stew 🤤 Ingredients: 0.5-1kg beef brisket joint (I had a 0.6kg joint) 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp tomato puree (I used @cirio1856_uk ) 1 can Guinness 300ml beef bone broth (I used @boroughbroth ) Pinch of salt 1 tsp thyme 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (I used @Lea & Perrins ) 1 tbsp gravy granules (I used @Tesco finest) Simply brown off your beef brisket joint, I used my @Ninja UK multi cooker but you could do this in a frying pan. Then add all your ingredients and slow cook for around 6 hours on high (or long enough so the meat is tender and pulls apart). Serve with some mash and greens and enjoy! #SlowCookerRecipes #slowcooker #cosyseason #highproteindinner #highproteindinners
