NEVER FIX A

Never fix a problem before your boss knows it actually. Quiet fixes. Teach leadership that the department runs itself. Let them see for at least a minute before you go. Never be the most reliable person on the team. Reliable people get the work nobody wants. And they get it forever. Be excellent at the things that and let the routine shit, let that find someone else. Never ever say yes on the spot because a fast yes reads as what availability. And availability is the opposite of having value. You get paid like someone's whose has an actual price. Never make your boss look good that they cannot repeat. If you're the reason they're hitting the numbers or you're the reason projects are getting done, you become an asset to lose to. So make sure the people above your boss, the actual work, and never stay loyalty to coworkers is how companies get a decade out of you at the price of three years. The people who you love to be there when you're calling from a better job.
