let me put it like this so it is abundantly clear THEY DON'T WANT LEADERS. THEY WANT YES MEN. most people in leadership roles today have no clue on what being a great leader requires part of the blame is on those individuals themselves but most of the blame can be directed to the individuals who sit at the very top of the hierarchy within a company why because they don't want leaders they want yes men they want ring kissers they don't want individuals in leadership who can actually make a decision themselves they don't want people in leadership who still remember that at one point in time in their career they were also an employee they don't want people in leadership who never lost sight of what the issues or the problems may be within that organization see having people like that in leadership roles means that the employee may actually have a voice having someone like that in a leadership role means possibly having to admit that a problem exists having someone like that in a leadership role means that it may shine a light on the shortcomings of the owners and those who sit their ass up in the C suite see companies today do not want to be held responsible for their missteps companies today do not want to be held accountable for their actions companies today like to forget about the women and the men that are the actual foundation on which that company stands see these companies know that if they put real leaders in leadership positions they may have to change the way they operate and they don't want to do that because it may take a little bit of that money out of their own fucking pockets
