I forget very often that I'm actually a pro makeup artist and I have so many really good tips to share with you guys. So today I'm going to show you how you can set your makeup without making it look dry and you can maintain some of the luminosity. For this, I like to use a baked pressed powder. This one in particular is the Covergirl True Blend Skin Enhancer Luminous Finishing Powder and I'm using the shade 500 Sugar Cookie. I like to use a fluffy brush to apply this so I'm swirling the brush in the powder, tapping off a little bit of the excess, and then I'm going to kind of gently tap this on in areas that I want to set my makeup down and you'll instantly see that I look more blurred. Kind of helps to smooth some of my skin texture. You can see that it definitely takes down the shine, but my skin still looks really nice and luminous when the light hits it. It definitely has a really pretty reflect so it doesn't look dry and cakey. Of course, since it's Covergirl, you know that this is infused with skincare ingredients. It's also a clean formula. I love this for mature skin, for dry skin, or even on a light makeup day. And matter of fact, even on a day when I have like a full glam on, if I feel like I'm looking a little dry and I want to add a little bit of a glow back, I can use this on top of my powder just to give me a little extra luminosity. There you go. My skin is nice and set, but I still look nice and glowy and hydrated. My skin doesn't look flat and dry. So thank you so much for watching as always. Hopefully this pro makeup artist tip was helpful. I love you and I'll see you again soon. Bye besties.
