These three friggin dudes are literally unstoppable as they just raised another 150 mil so companies have a better way to manage their spend. Did I mention their valuation sits at a whopping 7.65 billion dollars? Gene, Eric, and Kareem are the co-founders of Ramp. Ramp is a spend management company that has a slew of solutions for your company like issuing corporate cards, automated expense management for your team, and what really makes them interesting in my eyes, their ability to give working capital allowing you to manage your cash flow. What I love about this new raise is that these Ramp founders are not slowing down. Example, the first part of their series D fundraise is a whopping 300 mil, but hey, the 5.8 billion dollar valuation, because back in March of 2022, their valuation was sitting at a whopping 8.1 billion. But it looks like speed is the name of the game here. This company almost started in 2019 and has raised a total 1.9 billion dollars with 1.2 to equity and 700 million to debt. And it seems like they have every name investor out there currently. The Khosla and Founders Fund co-leading the raise on with Sequoia, Graylock and 8VC joining the crew. The new funding they are gonna be heavily focusing on implementing new AI capabilities. Most likely use the funds to continue acquiring different companies, their latest back in January acquiring Venue, which was acquired to expand their procurement. Bro, I don't think this train is gonna stop. We'll see the continued growth and acquisitions coming from Ramp. Only one to keep your eye on. All my founders out there, use this as inspiration.
